I have been married for almost four years now (March 8, 1996) to a wonderful man. His name is Medat; he is Albanian, and I am Polish. We have so much in common, but also have our differences. Obviously our nationalities are different, but we are different in where we were
both
born, too--he
was
born in Turkey and came over to America in 1977, and I was born
in America. Our religions are also different--I am Catholic, and
he is Muslim (as I mentioned in the aboutme
page, I like a challenge)!
I am the scholarly type, and he is not. We have no children yet, but
we do have two dogs who we treat just like children; as far as we're
concerned, they're our girls! Currently, we're living in my Father's
basement and renting out our condominium to save money for a house.
We share similar interests in sports and are on the same volleyball
and bowling team. So far it's been a wonderful ride! Below are some
